In the Hospital?

Both St. Luke’s and Lehigh Valley Hospital have changed their computer systems. For the time being, the only connection between the hospitals and our church is through respective hospital chaplains. Please ask the Chaplains to notify St. John’s UCC, Nazareth, of your admission. Also, you will need to notify the hospital upon admittance that you belong to ST. JOHN’S UCC, NAZARETH.

During this time of transition, please take the extra step of letting the church know that you or your loved one are hospitalized. Call 610-759-0893 or fill out the online form.

Thank you for helping us to be there for you!

Getting Married?
